In the role of Affiliate Marketing Lead, this role will be responsible for Elite SEM’s Affiliate Marketing channels and the day-to-day operations of managing our affiliate partners and relationships. The Affiliate Marketing Lead will optimize and grow affiliate programs and strategically grow affiliate accounts on behalf of our clients as well as prospecting for new accounts. The Affiliate Marketing Lead must thrive in a cross-functional and fast paced environment. We are looking for someone who is analytical, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running!
Establish, build, and maintain relationships with affiliates
Manage client relationships and develop a deep understanding of advertisers’ objectives to develop affiliate marketing strategies in order to deliver high impact results
Maintain and grow affiliate channels for clients, analyze data, optimize performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues
Develop affiliate contact management strategy and recruit new affiliates through research, referrals, and other avenues
Negotiate multiple payout structures including CPL, CPA and CPC as well as placements and exposure opportunities
Be a team player - manage integrated marketing campaigns through collaboration with cross-functional teams
Support sales and new business with involvement in sales materials, calls, and meetings
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop internal strategy and structure for the Affiliate department that will support growth and long-term success
Presentation Skills - Effective in a variety of formal presentation settings, gains positive attention, changes tactics that aren't working
Business Acumen - Knows how businesses work, knowledgeable in current/future policies, practices, trends, technology, etc.

5+ years of affiliate marketing experience
Experience managing affiliate channel for retail/Ecommerce clients
Direct experience working with major affiliate networks and platforms (Pepperjam, Linkshare, CJ, etc)
Knowledge of Google Analytics
General knowledge of paid search, search engine optimization, paid social media, email marketing, display and conversion rate optimization
Sales & Account Management skills
Up to 30% travel- this may fluctuate based on client need
