Position Overview: The Mobile Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategy, creation, and execution of mobile marketing campaigns. Major duties include the development of the Mobile Marketing Manager including a measurement plans and budget.


  • Conduct a formal market analysis (digital, mobile, social, and local) to identify key market and customer trends.
  • Define and execute media plans in line with clients KPIs across all relevant devices and platforms
  • Build and leverage client’s mobile marketing budget to drive users and revenue growth of the mobile app
  • Drive user acquisition including media buying across various paid advertising channels and partnerships
  • Develop and optimize A|B testing programs to maximize acquisition of company’s growth plan globally
  • Innovate new user acquisition channels and opportunities for organic growth
  • Work with product and data analytics teams to identify features that improve effective customer acquisition 
  • Ensure effectiveness of advertising campaigns and implement continuous improvements and optimization
  • Lead relevant business development and partnership initiatives: including building of mobile team, promotional assets and cross product upsell
  • Source and implement “best in class” mobile marketing technology infrastructure


  • 3+ years of mobile marketing experience with deep specific experiences in user acquisition
  • Experience managing and executing mobile app campaigns in EMEA and the U.S.
  • Hands-on experience with Twitter & Facebook Mobile Ad Campaigns
  • Experience with AppAnnie & Kontagent
  • Use of 3rd party mobile tracking solutions: HasOffers, Kochava, Ad-X, and AppFlyers
  • Experience in managing, growing, and optimizing mobile acquisition campaigns and partnerships
  • Has worked with Mobile DSPs using Real-Time Bidding Solutions (RTB) such as Turn, Millennial Media and Rocketfuel
  • Familiarity and use of mobile app trading desks
  • Strong understanding and experience with the iOS and Android marketplaces

  • BA/BS Required
  • Mix of creativity and analytical skill with a strong bias toward action
  • Ability to successfully juggle projects across multiple networks and platforms
  • Desire to work outside of your comfort zone and getting things done efficiently across teams
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proficiency in Excel, SQL preferred
