Elite’s Account Group is structured into a number of teams with a Senior Account Executive (“SAE”) at the helm of each team. Each member of the account team will manage their own account as well assisting with campaign execution and supporting the SAE and other team members. The Account Team handles/supports client communications and work on planning, set-up and launch, reporting, and analysis. Each role includes responding to internal and inbound client requests, monitoring campaign delivery and performance, analyzing campaign data and results, and working to deliver the best return against campaign objectives.
The #1 goal for the Account Team is to guarantee client satisfaction with their clients. Our ideal candidates are analytical and detailed dynamic, self-starters who are proactive and able to handle several projects effectively. Our employees must be strategic thinkers with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well strong presentation skills and the ability to work independently in an organized manner.
